If your goal is to dive, bring a diving equipment from Derawan Island which provides diving and snorkeling equipment. To capture an unforgettable moment, bring a camera. It would be better if you also carry an underwater camera.

By carrying an underwater camera you can capture beautiful rocks and fish under the sea. Especially when swimming in the Kakaban Island jellyfish lake. Lakes like this are only two in the world, you know! On the islands of Kakaban, East Kalimantan, Indonesia and Palau Island, Micronesia, which are several thousand kilometers from the Philippines.

Use comfortable clothes and shoes. For example, when you are on Kakaban Island, you have to go up and down stairs that are quite steep. For that, wear shoes that are not slippery and comfortable to wear. Then, to fill the stomach during the trip at sea, bring food and drinks. On Pulau Kakaban and Sangalaki, you will not see a food or beverage seller.

Keep the environment clean

Keeping the environment must be done every time you travel. Especially in the natural tourist area. Never leave trash on the coast, sea, forest, or the streets once. No finding of landfills, is not a reason for you to then litter. Remember, when you are on a boat, it is strictly forbidden to throw garbage into the sea. If you carry a drink bottle, plastic waste from food, then keep the garbage if you don't find the trash.

You can throw it away after finding a trash can on the mainland. Similarly, when you are in a car. After enjoying snacks, eliminate spontaneous habits immediately throw garbage from the car window.

Don't forget to remind the crew, drivers, your colleagues to do this, huh. If the tourist area is clean, not only are the residents enjoying it, right? But also tourists, and our grandchildren who will enjoy it later.

Ethics traveled in nature

There are several important things to remember for tourists, namely the ethics of traveling in the wild. If you do nature tourism, not only humans will be found.

We may also meet other creatures that have inhabited the island first. Who are they? They are beautiful fish in the waters, turtles, birds, coral reefs, plants and trees around.
